I suck at forums, so I'm sorry if someone else already started a conversation about this, that I didn't see.
Being interested in the things that I am, I immediately recognized the "You've been hacked" bulletin messages as morse code. Since I'm lazy, as opposed to translating it myself, I googled a translator. Here are the messages translated. Anyone have any theories? Is it part of the story, or could it be in reference to the recode? Let's analyze together! :D

Welcome to the Breeding Exchange
The breeding exchange is being set up to allow players to exchange creatures for the purpose of breeding them to get a capsule. Afterwards the exchanged creature(s) are returned to their owner.
This is meant to assist in acquiring capsules for quests where you need to raise a creature of a specific species or group of species from birth, but don’t want to buy one from the splicer or try to get one from the cupboard.
This can also be used by people who are capslocked to request for those who aren’t locked to raise caps for them.
All of this is being run by fellow players, and works on a good faith principle. Details may be modified and updated when necessary.
This forum post will mostly serve to organize and document existing agreements with players who choose to make use of it.
There’s not really a way to enforce these agreements, so partake at your own risk.
These are people who have agreed to loan creatures for the exchange, with acknowledgment to the risk of loss of creatures. Parentheses will be discord names

Nothing big but I had a dream about this site, where a garden feature was added and we could grow flowers in our labs. All of mine had teeth though.
Anyone else ever have dreams about this site? :3
