RE: Fan Site: NEMO's Ark - koishibuh - 09-14-2023 Maybe a buggo? I've come across this occasionally where the thumbnail says "We couldnt find this.." and opening the link goes to a Oops, this creature couldn't be found. Creature codes for the two I came across today were 9U8Ut & PRaG6 RE: Fan Site: NEMO's Ark - pinkgothic - 09-14-2023 (09-14-2023, 10:30 PM)koishibuh Wrote: Maybe a buggo? Since people can enter codes manually, sometimes folks end up putting in a code that's not valid. Arguably, they could be removed by the same process that removes stunted juveniles and adults, but the script currently intentionally errs on the side of making sure that temporary errors from the API don't remove codes (and it doesn't really know if an error is temporary, since it's not keeping track). I'll think about improving this, though! Thanks for saying something. :) (For now I've removed those two codes manually.) RE: Fan Site: NEMO's Ark - koishibuh - 09-15-2023 Oh pft, I totally missed that a user could manually input codes - I click on the import all button then go to view all and start clicking. Although I will say, first time visiting the site it did take me a moment to realize after importing, I didn't have to tick the boxes since that actually was for removing specific creatures. I think that was just based on the behavior of other click sites and me not actually reading the text haha. RE: Fan Site: NEMO's Ark - pinkgothic - 09-16-2023 Oh, sorry! Do you have any tips on how to improve that user experience? RE: Fan Site: NEMO's Ark - pinkgothic - 02-17-2024 I'm investigating an issue with the site right now. I already have a lead as to what's going on; hopefully things will be back to normal within about half an hour. Should be back. Sorry about the brief interruption. RE: Fan Site: NEMO's Ark - Happy Loner - 05-11-2024 Hi. I lost/forgot my password for my account. My username is Happy Loner. Can you help me? Give me a moment and I'll send you a PM. :) You have a private message! RE: Fan Site: NEMO's Ark - Shark - 05-29-2024 Got a "No space left on device (28)" error message (with a bunch of other text) when trying to use the site today. (This was after someone noted that the sister site, DDF, was having issues, so not sure if the two problems are related.) RE: Fan Site: NEMO's Ark - Lynxez - 05-29-2024 Coming to report a bug here. had to make a forum account 'cause I realized I didn't have one oops I noticed that an hour ago on mobile I got the same issue Shark mentioned above, and now heading onto the site on laptop, nothing properly loads besides the landing page. Edit: As a heads-up, since this affected click rollover, I ran that manually, however, I've given everyone an extra day. This means you don't need to click today if you don't want to, but it'll show you the correct number of clicks you did for today (after I ran the script just now). |
